This portfolio records privacy-minimized visit sessions so I can understand which kinds of devices reach the site and roughly how long the page remains visible.
What is kept
Visit and last-seen timestamps, approximate visible time, the page path, a masked network prefix, and broad device, browser, and operating-system categories.
What is not kept
No name, email, login identity, complete IP address, precise location, full user-agent, advertising identifier, or cross-site fingerprint is stored.
How time is estimated
A short heartbeat runs only while the page is visible. Background-tab time is not counted, and abrupt closes can make the estimate slightly shorter than the visit.
Your browser choice
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honored. The temporary session reference is limited to the current tab and expires after inactivity.
Raw visit records are removed after 90 days. Analytics are used only to understand and improve this portfolio. IP addresses are reduced to a coarse network prefix before storage. A one-way, secret-keyed request digest may be kept for up to 24 hours solely to rate-limit abuse; raw network and browser-header values are never stored. Questions can be sent to tarun@indrayan.in.
